Flower of Promises is a sacred storytelling experience that allows elders and loved ones to record personal messages, legacy reflections, and intimate memories—then choose the exact moment those stories are delivered. Whether it’s a wedding they’ll miss, a birthday long after they’re gone, or a quiet day when someone needs to feel their presence, these recorded blooms arrive on time, with tenderness. Delivered alongside meaningful florals and with the support of legal and legacy partners, this is more than remembrance—it’s a final act of love, perfectly timed.

Cancellation Policy

✿ THE LETTERS THAT WAIT POLICY At Flower of Promises, we believe that legacy is a sacred act—and we treat each story, recording, and floral message with the utmost care, confidentiality, and legal integrity. This policy outlines how we protect, preserve, and deliver the legacy messages of our clients (whom we affectionately call “Postmen”). 🌸 WHO THIS IS FOR Only the Postman (the original storyteller) or their legal power of attorney (POA) may book, authorize, or adjust this service. All messages and delivery instructions must be created and approved by the Postman. Once recorded and submitted, the final message belongs only to the Postman and their named recipient(s). 🌿 RECORDING & CONTENT RIGHTS All storytelling sessions are private. Only approved editors and archivists on our team access the recordings. Clients may request transcripts, audio files, or printed legacy materials at any time before their passing. We never share or publish any part of the message without written, notarized permission from the Postman. 🌷 RECIPIENT DATABASE & YEARLY REVIEW For Legacy Tree clients, a yearly check-in is conducted with a designated legal or family contact. This check-in allows updates to delivery addresses, recipients, event timing, and presentation format. A secure “Legacy Portal” is provided for review and adjustments. All changes are reviewed by our internal team for accuracy, legal compliance, and mission alignment. 🌻 PRIVACY & SECURITY All content is stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments. We utilize both cloud-based and physical archival storage methods to ensure long-term delivery security. No personal or financial data is ever sold or shared. A formal chain-of-trust is maintained for every delivery. 🌺 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Storytellers may cancel services within 14 days of booking for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered if no recording has yet occurred. If a Postman passes before any recording, funds may be transferred to a family 💐 QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
