Custom inquiries may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If accepted, they will be crafted using our design language and floral philosophy to ensure the result remains aligned with the Sentiments experience.

SUBSTITUION POLICY
We take pride in sourcing the exact flowers and tones shown in our photographs. Our goal is to never substitute — each stem is chosen to preserve your arrangement’s emotional language and visual harmony.
However, due to occasional national floral shortages, we may need to make slight adjustments. In those rare cases, we follow a clear, step-by-step backup plan that’s thoughtfully listed in each product’s details.
